Item transport depends heavily on access. Tell us the approximate size and weight, which floor it is on at both ends, whether there is a lift, whether it will be dismantled, whether parking is available near the door and whether anyone will be there to help lift it.
The more accurate that picture is, the more accurate the quote is — and the less likely it is that anything has to be renegotiated on the doorstep.
