Quotes
A quote is based on the information you give us at the time, including addresses, item description, size, weight, access and timing. If the actual job differs from that description, the price may change and we will tell you before proceeding where possible. Quotes are valid for the period stated when they are given.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing or by message. Requesting a quote does not create a booking.
Collection and delivery times
Collection and delivery windows are given in good faith and depend on traffic, access, weather and other factors outside our control. Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing, times are estimates rather than guarantees, and same-day and next-day options are offered subject to availability, route, collection time and booking requirements.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for packing items adequately for transport by road, for giving accurate addresses and contact details, for ensuring somebody is available to hand over and receive the item, and for telling us about anything that affects handling or access.
Items we cannot carry
We cannot carry hazardous, prohibited, illegal or restricted goods. Perishable, temperature-controlled, high-value and fragile items must be discussed with us before booking. We may decline any item at collection if it cannot be carried safely or lawfully.
Insurance and liability
Editable section. The cover in place for goods in transit, the limits that apply and the claims process must be set out here by JUST DROP LTD before the site goes live. No specific level of cover is stated on this website until the business confirms it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Payment
Editable section. Payment methods, timing and any terms for business accounts should be confirmed here. Payment arrangements are agreed with each quote before a booking is made.
Cancellations and failed collections
Editable section. Cancellation notice periods and any charge for a failed or wasted journey should be stated here. As a general position, we ask for as much notice as possible, and a charge may apply where a vehicle has already been dispatched or an item is not ready at the agreed time.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
